The third necessary-for-life practice is getting enough sleep. Teenagers are often over-committed, over-stimulated, and struggling to get enough quality rest.

They will resort to checking-out with screens and social media, but this doesn’t give them the recovery time their bodies and brains need. This exercise helps them evaluate their current sleep habits, and identify easy-to-adopt sleep habits that will improve quantity and/or quality of sleep.
